FRONT OFFICE CLERK / MANAGER’S ASSISTANT
Seeking a reliable and experienced Front Office Representative professional who is eager to be the first point of contact while providing exceptional customer service with a pleasant attitude and smile. Must have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of effective leadership skills. Someone with bookkeeping knowledge and experience would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including receptionists and reservations.
- Greeting and thanking guests in a friendly manner.
- Checking guests in and out and issuing room keys.
- Answering phones, emails, and inquiries.
- Posting charges to guest accounts and calculating payments.
- Resolving problems and complaints.
- Recommending activities and restaurants to guests.
- Assisting guests with disabilities and storing luggage.
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
- Book room, spa treatments, and restaurant reservations.
- Any other duties assigned by management
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Reviewing arrival reports and assigning rooms accurately and efficiently.
- Implementing hotel procedures and paying special attention to VIP guests.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Maintaining the in-house reservations systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all front desk transactions and daily activity.
- Update and maintain hotel information and availability on various online platforms.
- Supervise and assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Mange and update the Company’s Social Media Pages
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, including supervisory responsibilities, and 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and QuickBooks)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge with Opera PMS is a plus
- Experience in bookkeeping is a plus
Salary Range: $23,500.00 - $24,500 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Cook’s Assistant
Join Our Culinary Team as a Cook’s Assistant!

Position: Cook's Assistant (6 days a week)
